Meet the Inventor of the Abrasive Waterjet
KENT, Wash., 4 August 2014 – Flow International Corporation, the world's leading developer and manufacturer of industrial waterjet machines for cutting and cleaning applications, will be celebrating the company's 40th anniversary at IMTS 2014 in booth N-6217, with special events on Tuesday, September 9th including a meet and greet with Dr. Mohamed Hashish – the inventor of abrasive waterjet technology.
Dr. Hashish will participate in two technology presentations in booth N-6217 on Tuesday, with time for question and answers.
Dr. Hashish, one of the original scientists of Flow Research (now Flow International Corporation), has been involved in every major waterjet invention for the past four decades. From challenging pressure barriers up to 100,000 psi, to revolutionary solutions like Dynamic Waterjet® and Dynamic XD, Dr. Hashish is committed to the continued advancement of waterjet technology.
